Coming Together

I guess time flies when you're having fun because I didn't realize it's been since September since I last updated this thing...Woops! It doesn't seem like we've been all that busy around here. Ok, I take that back, we have been busy. Lots of traveling here and there but nothing I would ever complain about! It's always a blessing to be able to spend time with our families.
Recently, Vince and I hosted a week of fun here in the Big Easy with my sisters family from Charleston and my parents from New Mexico. We had a blast. We took a trip to Covington where we fed animals of all kinds, I think the adults had more fun than the little ones. A dinner date in the city at The Rum House (always our first choice). And we ended the week with a crawfish boil in the backyard with some close friends and family members that live in Lafayette. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday week. It was sad to see everyone leave, I love every minute of it. Even the chaos that my little nieces bring...I guess it gives me a small insight to what Vince and I can look forward to.
So since this is just a quick update, I thought I'd post just a few pictures of how the week went.
