So since our little squirt isn't walking yet, we had to go with a costume that would be easy to transport him from house to house. Therefore, we came up with Marty McFly! He absolutely loves his push car that his Taylor's gave him, so it was a perfect idea all around. Vince constructed the entire thing out of cardboard and of course painted it. I can only take credit for the construction paper tail lights :) That's as far as my artistic abilities go.
For trick-or-treating, we headed over to our friends house to enjoy the festivities with their family. Joseph had a great time. And since he can't chew or crunch on candy yet, it all went to Mommy and Daddy!
Our weekend would not have been a success without a few steps from our little man. He's still not completely interested in the whole 'walking' idea but he's starting to get his balance more and more every day. He knows he can crawl faster so why waste the energy walking? Duh! Vince and I are constantly bribing him with stuffed animals, iphones, and ipads to get him to take a few steps. He successfully stood up all on his own but unfortunately was not caught on tape, we do however have Pascazio witnesses! Even if he's not walking yet and distracts us from our own Anniversary, we are extremely proud of him. He brings us so much joy!
